- For anyone intending to manufacture or import 1 tonne or more of an existing chemical substance per year
- Pre-registration
- Notifying the relevant information before manufacture or import, when an existing chemical substance is to be manufactured or imported without registration during the registration grace period
- Late pre-registration
- When an existing chemical substance is newly manufactured or imported after the Act took effect, or the pre-registration period was missed, notifying before the registration grace period for its tonnage band expires, to secure the grace period

- Annual quantity manufactured or imported
- Classification and labelling of the chemical substance
- Uses of the chemical substance
- Business name, address and contact details of the notifier
- Importer details, where the notifier was appointed by a foreign manufacturer or producer
- Pre-registration procedure

- Check whether you manufacture or import 1 tonne or more per year
- Check whether the substance is an existing chemical substance

- Look up by identifier (e.g. CAS No.)
- Notification preparation
